About Stephanie
I started in executive support because I liked the problem-solving. I stayed because I'm good at it and the work genuinely matters to the people I do it for.
Over the past decade I've supported tech executives, attorneys, general contractors, university departments, property management firms, small businesses, and Bay Area families with the full range of what that means — travel, finances, events, property management, and everything in between. I currently work with two clients on a retained basis and take on new work carefully.
I also cook for 5 private chef households, which keeps the creative side of me fed too.

Owning multiple homes should feel like freedom, not a second job. HearthFile is a private home management system I build and maintain for you — so every property's documents, vendors, warranties, and renewals are always exactly where you need them.
I set up a private, organized system for everything important about your properties — policies, warranties, vendors, access codes, maintenance schedules, and repair history. You get a beautifully organized record that's always current and always accessible.
It's not software you have to learn. It's something I build for you, hand to you, and keep up to date.

Cooking is a passion I bring to select clients on a limited basis. If you're looking for thoughtful, elevated home cooking — weekly meal service, a private dinner, or a catered gathering — I'd love to talk.
